3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Guidelines
Bot scripts, multi-account manipulation, automated drafting bots, and unauthorized data scraping are strictly prohibited and result in permanent account termination.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All platform code, graphics, algorithms, and brand logos are owned by Cosmo Fame Limited. Football player names and stats are used for informational fantasy competition purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cosmo Fame Limited provides the platform on an 'as-is' basis without warranties of uninterrupted service during live football matches.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. European consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
